For purchasing from this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

1. Image Usage & Copyright
All images in this gallery are the intellectual property of Common Thread Photo and are protected by copyright law.
Clients are granted a personal-use license only, unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes:

• Printing for personal use

• Sharing with family/friends

• Posting on personal (non-commercial) social media, with credit to @commonthreadphoto

Not permitted:

• Commercial use (business websites, ads, branding, etc.)

• Sale or resale of images

• Significant editing, filters, or altering the images

• Removing watermarks, if present

2. Gallery Access & Downloads
Your gallery will be available for 60 days from the date of delivery. Please download your images promptly and back them up — we cannot guarantee indefinite file storage after the gallery expires.

3. Print Store & Color Disclaimer
We highly recommend ordering prints directly through your gallery for best quality, color accuracy, and ease.
If you choose a third-party print lab, please note: Common Thread Photo is not responsible for print quality, cropping, or color inconsistencies from outside vendors.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final — this includes digital image downloads and printed products.
If you encounter a printing issue with an order placed through our store, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
